The shipping normally takes 3~9 business days . Most items will be shipped out next business day after receiving your confirmed order. The tracking information will be posted once it is available. Once the item leaves our warehouse, we have no control of the shipping process, so please understand that we get the same tracking information as you see on the tracking website.
For the sauna room and other big itemsļ¼
Normaily, we need 1 business day check and pack your package, 1 to 3 business day searching the truck room to your address, and the delivery by freight could be in 2-14 business day. Not like small packages. The tracking information may not timely and accurate like UPS.
