The rust proof oil is applied to the heating elements surface to protect it from rusting during the storage and international shipping. It will be burn off during the first several using, the smell and smoke may occur, it's normal.

For the Sauna Heater, Steamer and items below 50LB, The shipping normally takes 3~9 business days . Most items will be shipped out next business day after receiving your confirmed order. The tracking information will be posted once it is available. Once the item leaves our warehouse, we have no control of the shipping process, so please understand that we get the same tracking information as you see on the tracking website. 

For the sauna room and other big items, Normally, we need 1business day check and pack your package, 1 to 3 business day searching the truck room to your address, and the delivery by freight could be in 2-14 business day. Not like small packages. The tracking information may not timely and accurate like UPS.

Please carefully exam the package before signing for it, the receiver must make all damaged claims at time of delivery or within 48 hours after receiving the goods to us. Simply refuse to accept the damaged package is the easy and fast way to get the replacement package.
